Consultant levels at Stellar
Consultants have at least two years of relevant experience and competency in at least one area of BI and Data Analytics. They work within a Stellar team, as either a BI Support Analyst/Developer (back end) or a Data Analyst (front end). Support Analysts/Developers typically work on iterative developments on existing BI footprints that Stellar have implemented for our key clients. We look for Data Analysts with an agile and iterative approach to data wrangling and visualisation.
Senior Consultants typically have five or more years of relevant experience, with skills across technologies and disciplines in BI and Data Analytics. As experts in one or two areas, they are a ‘go to’ person in the organisation. Senior Consultants must be able to act in a technical lead capacity, or at least be fully self-sufficient in any engagement. They are highly effective communicators.
Lead Consultants typically have at least nine years of relevant experience. They operate as multi-disciplined leaders in BI and Data Analytics, operating as trusted advisors to our customers. They lead engagements, and provide mentoring and support to others in the organisation. Lead Consultants draw on their commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills to gather requirements and translate them into project deliverables and contracts.
Consulting Directors are widely recognised as experts in the BI and data analytics industry. Typically they have had a wide variety of multi-disciplinary roles or engagements, with at least 12 years of experience. They act in an advisory role, leveraging their knowledge of specific industries and/or disciplines to benefit our customers. They are often on retainer to provide advice and leadership to support C-level executives.
